Team Leader, Integrated Management System (IMS)

About the role

As the Team Leader for the Integrated Management System (IMS) at EDGE Group, you will drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards and promote a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the IMS covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, management reviews and compliance activities.
• Monitor IMS performance, manage corrective actions and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, customer and company QHSE requirements.
• Support risk management, process optimisation and sustainability projects.
• Provide guidance, training and mentorship on IMS requirements and best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE or a related discipline.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IMS, Quality or HSE management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, auditing procedures and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
