About the role

The Supervisor – Assets will lead end‑to‑end management of operational assets across delivery and store locations for noon’s hyper‑local delivery platform. You will ensure procurement, inventory tracking, distribution and lifecycle management are executed efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement and planning of delivery and store assets, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet operational demand.
• Maintain real‑time inventory tracking across warehouses and stores, implementing control processes and audits to minimize losses.
• Oversee asset handling in warehouses and stores, standardising issuance, returns and replacement procedures.
• Coordinate first‑mile and last‑mile distribution of assets, optimising logistics for efficient movement.
• Monitor asset utilisation, maintenance and end‑of‑life processes, driving repair, refurbishment and replacement strategies.
• Develop scalable asset tracking systems, identify inefficiencies and use data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage warehouse inventory and store‑level assets with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with supply‑chain processes, including procurement and distribution; first‑mile/last‑mile logistics preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
