Team Leader - Security

About the role

Join the security team at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and lead a group of professionals dedicated to protecting guests, colleagues, and property. As a Team Leader you will ensure a safe, welcoming environment while upholding Hyatt’s high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate security staff to deliver consistent Hyatt security standards.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises and monitor CCTV, access‑control systems and alarms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents and security concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, security logs and required documentation.
• Foster teamwork, vigilance and a culture of respect and care among the security team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, observation and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and discreet in sensitive situations.
• Fluent English and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
