Team Member – Flight Preparation Operations

About the role

The Team Member – Flight Preparation Operations is responsible for preparing and packing airline equipment and food items in accordance with galley loading plans and safety standards. The role supports on‑time flight performance while ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out flight preparation and packing activities accurately within defined timelines, following approved SOPs and Galley Loading Plans.
• Prepare and pack airline equipment and food items while complying with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and airline‑specific guidelines.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to maintain a zero‑incident work environment.
• Coordinate with team leaders and stakeholders to support on‑time performance and promptly report any delays, equipment issues, quality concerns or safety hazards.
• Follow departmental work procedures and the Company’s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food, hospitality or logistics; airline catering experience is preferred.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a diverse, multinational team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Awareness of food safety, hygiene practices and workplace safety standards.
