Technical Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects in Dubai. The role involves developing concept through construction documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, schematic, detailed design and construction documentation.
• Provide design solutions and drive projects from inception to handover.
• Produce detailed drawings and integrate engineering, electrical and HVAC considerations.
• Prepare tender and construction documents, including specifications.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, codes and international standards.
• Maintain quality control through self‑checks and task verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
