Technical Architect - Marketing Technology (Martech)

About the role

A global technology organization is expanding its marketing technology consulting and implementation capabilities and is hiring an experienced Martech Technical Architect through Black Pearl Consult. The role supports enterprise deployments of marketing automation platforms, designing, implementing and integrating marketing technology solutions for large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and implementation of enterprise marketing automation solutions
• Design and deploy Martech platforms covering campaign management, customer journey orchestration and marketing analytics
• Architect integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems such as CRM, data warehouses and digital channels
• Provide technical leadership during implementations, upgrades and performance optimization projects
• Define system architecture, deployment models and infrastructure requirements, and design scalable solutions across web application layers, databases and cloud infrastructure
• Support installation, configuration and optimization of marketing technology platforms
• Work with client stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions, document architectures and guide development and client technical teams

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture or marketing technology platforms
• Proven experience implementing or architecting marketing automation solutions
• Strong experience with system integration, database architecture and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience designing scalable marketing technology ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with enterprise clients
