Technical Assistant – Robotics (Event & Support)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant to support our robotics fleet during events and daily operations. You will ensure robots perform optimally, assist with maintenance, and provide excellent customer service on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany robots to events, set up, monitor performance, and safely transport equipment.
• Maintain robots by cleaning, performing routine checks, and supporting logistics and deliveries.
• Conduct performance testing, hardware diagnostics, document results, and report issues.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email or walk‑ins, deliver demos, and coordinate sales leads.
• Participate in exhibitions and create social‑media content showcasing robot interactions.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Robotics, IT, Electronics, Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with IT hardware, basic diagnostics and robot handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Finance).
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel, lift robots and adapt to dynamic event environments.
