Technical Assistant (Robotics)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Assistant specialized in robotics to support demo preparation, delivery, and customer onboarding of autonomous mobile robots. The role combines hands‑on technical work with on‑site customer support and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, configure and perform pre‑checks on robots for demos and deliveries, coordinating with sales and operations.
• Conduct SLAM mapping at client sites, fine‑tune navigation parameters and provide on‑site and remote support.
• Maintain showroom robots through routine checks, cleaning, charging and minor repairs.
• Assist in safe packing, loading and transport of robots, supervising handling procedures.
• Create and update setup guides, operation manuals, FAQs and instructional videos for the support team.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and SLAM mapping tools.
• Comfortable with frequent onsite visits, customer‑facing support and producing instructional content.
• Strong communication skills in English.
