Technical Consultant - MSP Service Delivery

About the role

Unified Microsystems is hiring a Technical Consultant (Service Delivery Engineer) in Dubai. The role delivers hands-on managed services end-to-end, ensuring work is completed to standard, within agreed timelines and properly closed out. It suits a technically capable, delivery-focused person who works across multiple customer environments, collaborates with engineers, runs service delivery calls and keeps documentation and communication to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Run hands-on MSP delivery activities end-to-end, leading customer onboarding and a smooth transition to steady-state support.
• Work with L1/L2/L3 engineers to plan, deliver, validate and close technical tasks across customer environments.
• Implement and support client infrastructure including endpoints, servers, networking and security controls.
• Configure, maintain and optimise MSP tool sets such as RMM, monitoring, patching and security platforms.
• Facilitate service delivery and review calls, manage action plans and close tickets with clear technical notes, evidence and customer updates.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues, identify service improvements and turn them into work items.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, escalate blockers early and coordinate dependencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an MSP environment or IT service delivery role.
• Proven experience handling onboarding and service delivery across multiple customers.
• At least one active technical certification, or a commitment to complete one during probation; preferred: Microsoft (MS-900/AZ-900/SC-900 or higher), Networking (CCNA/Network+), Security (Security+), ITSM (ITIL Foundation).

Required skills

• Windows desktop support and administration, Windows Server basics (AD/DNS/GPO)
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) and endpoint security (AV/EDR)
• Backup/restore concepts and validation
• Ticketing systems and SLA-driven operations, RMM tools and monitoring platforms
• Customer-facing skills: running service calls, presenting action plans, strong documentation discipline
• Preferred exposure: NinjaRMM, Autotask, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, firewall/security vendor tools (e.g. Fortinet)
