Technical Content Writer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to transform complex software engineering concepts into clear, engaging content that resonates with technical decision‑makers. This remote position supports brand positioning, SEO, and lead generation across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage high‑quality technical content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, guides, website pages, release notes, and thought‑leadership articles.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, project managers, and leadership to translate solutions and client successes into compelling narratives.
• Support SEO and lead‑generation goals by producing content aligned with search strategies and brand positioning.
• Research emerging technologies (LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, cloud computing, DevOps) and create forward‑looking thought leadership.
• Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience creating technical content in a software development, AI/ML, SaaS, or IT services environment.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical and business concepts and explain them clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong writing, research, editing, and storytelling skills with excellent grammar and attention to accuracy.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts, software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks.
