Technical Engineer – Interior Decorative Metal Projects

About the role

The Technical Engineer will lead site execution of decorative metal, glass and aluminium interior works, coordinating between clients, consultants, production and installation teams to ensure projects meet quality, budget and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise installation of decorative metal and related interior works on site.
• Coordinate daily activities between site teams, production and other project stakeholders.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and calculations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality and compliance.
• Track project progress and take corrective actions to keep works on schedule.
• Plan manpower, allocate responsibilities and delegate tasks to site and production teams.
• Prepare site documentation, access passes, progress reports and other records.
• Assist with project billing and resolve commercial or accounting matters.

Required profile

• 10+ years of UAE site experience in interior decorative metal, glass or aluminium sector.
• 3–5 years in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer or Project Manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong decision‑making ability and capacity to work independently.
