Technical Engineer – Interior Fit‑out Projects

About the role

AQC FITOUT LLC is looking for a proactive Technical Engineer to support the technical coordination and execution of interior fit‑out and joinery projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing accurate drawings, managing documentation, and ensuring site activities align with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate shop drawings, joinery details and as‑built drawings.
• Review design drawings, specifications and BOQs to identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and joinery drawings to resolve clashes before execution.
• Prepare technical submittals, material submissions and RFIs, track approvals and resolve comments.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• 3–4 years of interior fit‑out experience with mandatory UAE experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of fit‑out materials, finishes, joinery detailing and installation methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
