Technical Engineer – Software Solutions (Client‑Facing)

About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled, client‑oriented engineer to act as the primary technical point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will represent our software development and AI capabilities, understand client requirements and work with our development team to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, calls and demos to provide technical guidance on software and AI solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Lead pre‑sales technical discussions and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, propose solutions and ensure technical feasibility.
• Support lead generation by providing technical input during sales discussions.
• Assist with technical problem‑solving and troubleshooting as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of software development and AI engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical clients.
• Willingness to attend customer meetings and work on‑site.

Required skills

• Project / task management tools: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com.
• Documentation: Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
• Diagramming: Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma.
• APIs: REST, GraphQL.
• Databases: SQL basics.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (basic understanding).
• AI/ML concepts: LLMs, chatbots, prediction models, automation tools.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics.
