Technical Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy is hiring a Technical Manager for infrastructure projects in Dubai. The position is full time and requires the candidate to be currently in the UAE; immediate joining is preferred. The role covers technical oversight, design review and coordination with authorities and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical design review, value engineering and constructability assessments for infrastructure projects
• Lead and coordinate with consultants, designers and internal engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, RTA and other authority regulations
• Provide technical guidance on roads, bridges, sewerage, stormwater, water networks and utility diversions
• Review method statements, material submittals and shop drawings
• Support project planning, cost estimation and risk assessment
• Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering solutions during execution
• Manage QA/QC, technical documentation and as-built submissions
• Mentor junior engineers and interface with clients and authorities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
• 10+ years of experience in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects (roads, deep utilities, infrastructure packages)
• Strong knowledge of authority approvals and design standards in Dubai
• Currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining preferred
