Technical, Office & Construction Manager – 3 Positions

About the role

Hills & Fort Group is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for experienced professionals to fill three senior positions – Technical Manager, Office Manager and Construction Manager. The roles focus on delivering infrastructure projects across the UAE, requiring strong leadership, coordination and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects, teams and operational activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, resources and priorities effectively.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support strategic planning and efficient project execution.
• Foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships across project teams.
• Ensure all responsibilities are completed within project deadlines.

Required profile

• Mandatory UAE/GCC infrastructure project experience.
• Mid‑level management experience with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional attitude and strong organizational skills.
