Technical Product Manager – Enterprise Data Management

About the role

The Technical Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise data management, data platform and data processing products. You will shape product vision, define roadmaps and ensure alignment with Etihad’s enterprise data strategy, governance and scalability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for data management solutions, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with business, analytics and technology stakeholders to communicate strategy and ensure platform capabilities evolve as required.
• Work with Solution Architects, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Software Engineers to specify non‑functional requirements such as quality, scalability, security and performance.
• Manage the flow of work through the portfolio Kanban, support backlog prioritisation and represent the product during Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, and facilitate system demos for stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate with architects to sequence enabler work and build the architectural runway for new data integration and processing capabilities.
