Technical Product Owner - FX & CFDs

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the development of FX and CFD digital products on our ThinkTrader platform. The role combines deep technical understanding with product vision, focusing on AI‑assisted solutions and delivering value to traders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business and technology goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business and technical requirements into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and ensure requirements are development‑ready.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code to support discovery, documentation and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA and subject‑matter experts to evaluate trade‑offs across usability, performance, scalability, security and maintainability.
• Use data, user feedback and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive product enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst or similar role in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Experience in fintech, trading platforms or exposure to AI‑enabled products is a plus.
