Technical Project & Bid Support – Energy Systems

About the role

DNV is seeking a UAE National to join its Energy Systems team in Abu Dhabi as a Technical Project & Bid Support professional. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and Team Leaders to assist in delivering technical and advisory projects across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating Safety Studies, Reliability Studies, and Asset Risk Management projects.
• Support communication between internal teams and external partners, and document technical discussions from client meetings.
• Contribute to project tracking, reporting, invoicing, and help identify future project opportunities.
• Assist Business Lead and Bid Managers in proposal development, client presentations, and commercial documentation.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Safety Studies, Reliability Studies, or Asset Risk Management within the energy sector.
• Exposure to project execution, technical support, and bid preparation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to produce technical reports and documentation.
