Technical Sales Manager – Dosing & Feeding Equipment (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager/Engineer specialized in dosing and feeding equipment to support our customers across the EMEA region. The role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive growth in spare parts, wear parts, services and system upgrades for cement plants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise for dosing and feeding equipment installed at customer sites.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with cement plant customers and local agents.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, professional services and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals and increase market share.
• Conduct regular site visits, report on activities and participate in internal and external meetings to achieve business targets.

Required profile

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cement plant operations, services and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of dosing and feeding systems and cement process equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
