Technical & Service Support Engineer – HVAC

About the role

The Service & Technical Engineer leads technical support, service operations, and after‑sales activities across the region, working closely with channel partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and strong product performance in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
• Supervise, train, and support service technicians to ensure high‑quality workmanship.
• Diagnose complex AC issues and provide technical guidance when required.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities for our brands and systems.
• Ensure timely response to service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare service reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of hands‑on HVAC experience, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• At least 3–4 years of supervisory experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of air‑conditioning systems, components and refrigeration principles.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with building management systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
