Technical Services & Projects Coordinator

About the role

The Technical Services & Projects Coordinator supports the Technical Services & Projects function across Legacy Hotels Holding’s portfolio. The role ensures smooth administration of project documentation, engineering reporting, commercial activities and compliance, working closely with hotels, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the department, maintaining action trackers and calendars.
• Manage project documentation, registers and control systems, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Track project milestones, deliverables and critical deadlines, following up with responsible parties.
• Collect, review and consolidate engineering reports from properties, maintaining KPI and compliance trackers.
• Support commercial administration, payment reviews and coordination of invoices.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations and analysis for senior management.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, following up on outstanding actions and submissions.
• Assist with technical audits, inspections and site visits, coordinating schedules and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating technical services or projects within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple trackers, calendars and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with hotels, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date records.
