Technical Sourcer (Remote, UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our international remote team, supporting the identification and engagement of top technology professionals for global opportunities. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will work remotely with flexible hours, collaborating closely with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines across software development, data, product, HR, and sales domains.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Utilise LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques to locate and engage high‑quality technical candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Create compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and generate regular sourcing reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; intermediate German is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar professional networking tools).
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
