Technical Specialist – Coretrax Product Line

About the role

The Technical Specialist for the Coretrax product line will deliver global, workshop‑based training and technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent service delivery. This role supports Expro’s Competence Assurance Program and works closely with regional teams to maintain high standards across all Coretrax operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver global workplace training and competence assessments for Coretrax products.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑training technical support, including tool builds and remote second sign‑off.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, servicing standards, FAQs and control documents.
• Support Coretrax Engineering in new technology deployments, site visits and trials.
• Capture regional feedback, identify product gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialist technical area within the oil‑field services sector.
• Proven experience with downhole service equipment, pressure testing equipment and torquing/tensioning units.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work independently or in cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality and adherence to QHSE standards.
