Technical Specialist - Print Division, Xerography Products

About the role

The Technical Specialist provides second‑line technical support, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for Fujifilm toner‑based print solutions across the Middle East & Africa. The role ensures equipment performance, customer satisfaction and supports the growth of the Print business.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission and maintain graphic communications equipment and associated software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, workflow and print‑quality issues using Fujifilm platforms.
• Support service escalations and coordinate with regional and global technical teams.
• Prepare technical reports and service documentation in line with company standards.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance, training and best‑practice guidance to customers, distributors and service partners.
• Assist sales teams during product demonstrations, evaluations and installations.
• Maintain accurate service records, manage spare‑parts planning and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Stay current on new technologies, products and industry developments through continuous training.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in technical support for printing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and workflow troubleshooting.
• Ability to deliver technical training and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
