Technical Supervisor – Electrical

About the role

Oversee a technical team delivering facility services, ensuring client requirements are met in terms of quality, technical solutions and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational procedures, policies and standards are followed and take corrective actions when needed.
• Provide technical supervision to team members so tasks meet required standards.
• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures on site and report risks to the EHS team.
• Coordinate site teams to guarantee service coverage and quality as expected by the client.
• Evaluate team performance, identify development areas and follow the company performance review process.
• Recommend technical support and maintenance solutions to the Facilities Manager.
• Consolidate service and technical reports and keep the Facilities Manager updated on property status.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for reliable site information.
• Identify and recommend improvements to HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems to increase efficiency.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and oversee contractor work quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in technical building services or a team where quality, delivery and budget were key responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building technical installations and relevant health‑and‑safety regulations and standards.
