Technical Support Engineer – Middle East

About the role

Trimble is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for structural engineering firms across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will help customers adopt advanced BIM workflows with Tekla Structures, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical and interoperability issues for Tekla Structures on high‑impact regional projects.
• Deliver technical training, onboarding programs and specialized workshops to maximize customers' digital construction capabilities.
• Advise on best practices for structural modeling, steel and concrete detailing, fabrication and BIM collaboration.
• Collaborate with Trimble product teams to translate customer feedback into software enhancements and preventative solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Architecture, BIM or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures or comparable structural/BIM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong background in structural modeling, detailing, construction workflows and technical problem‑solving.
