Technical Support Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

Kick‑start your engineering career with Hilti Emirates as a Technical Support Engineer. Based in Dubai, you will deliver technical solutions that support construction projects across the UAE, working closely with customers and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and field engineering teams.
• Prepare engineering calculations, material take‑offs and bills of quantities.
• Develop technical submittals, letters, warranties and related documentation.
• Support anchor and rebar design requests for construction projects.
• Maintain engineering approvals, certifications, test reports and technical records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Project Management to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of relevant engineering or construction experience.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• UAE national with a valid UAE Family Book.
• High learning agility and willingness to develop within engineering.
