About the role

Pioneer Ready Mix UAE is expanding its technical and support teams for its ready‑mix operations in the United Arab Emirates. The company seeks qualified candidates to fill a range of on‑site and laboratory positions, with immediate start preferred for those already residing in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Site Technicians – 36 vacancies: oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lab Supervisor / Engineer – 10 vacancies: manage laboratory operations, conduct quality tests and supervise lab staff.
• Lab Technicians – 6 vacancies: perform concrete mix testing and record results.
• Concrete Checkpoint Technicians – 10 vacancies: monitor concrete quality at checkpoints across projects.
• Helpers – 18 vacancies: assist skilled workers in ready‑mix production and site tasks.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience for all technical roles (Site Technician, Lab Supervisor, Lab Technician, Concrete Checkpoint Technician).
• Helpers must have prior experience in the ready‑mix industry.
• Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE; immediate joiners will be prioritized.
