Technology Support Specialist (On-site) – Dubai (UAE National)

About the role

As an On‑site Technology Support Specialist at EY, you will enable the firm’s people to work efficiently and securely by delivering end‑user technology services across hardware, software and mobile platforms. The position is based in Dubai and is open exclusively to UAE nationals looking to build a long‑term career in a globally connected technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate deployment, installation, configuration and testing of EY hardware and software.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including provisioning and de‑provisioning of devices.
• Coordinate repairs of end‑user hardware and reinstall software to resolve incidents.
• Resolve incidents related to standard hardware, software and mobile technologies, and identify trends to prevent future issues.
• Provide after‑hours support for escalated issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform asset‑management activities such as procurement, inventory tracking and distribution in line with EY policies.
• Support off‑site technology needs for meetings, events, office moves and relocations.
• Act as remote‑hands for other EY technology teams, including Telecommunications and Hosting.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in technology support.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve escalated incidents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate timelines clearly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset and capacity to work effectively under minimal supervision.
