Tele Sales Representative – Hindi Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Representative who speaks Hindi fluently to join our Dubai team. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospects, and turn leads into successful sales while delivering a professional and energetic customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive pitches, handle objections, and close sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
