Telecaller – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Telecaller to be the first voice of TriMediaX. You will contact business owners and decision‑makers, present our free digital marketing audit, and schedule qualified meetings for our Digital Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 200 outbound calls daily to prospects from provided lead lists.
• Introduce TriMediaX and offer a free business audit covering digital presence, ads, and growth opportunities.
• Qualify prospects by identifying decision‑makers, business type, and marketing pain points.
• Schedule in‑person or virtual meetings between qualified prospects and the Digital Marketing Team.
• Follow approved call scripts while adapting tone and pitch to each prospect.
• Log call outcomes, prospect details, and appointments accurately in the CRM.
• Send follow‑up messages via WhatsApp or email to confirm meetings and reduce no‑shows.
• Reschedule missed appointments and re‑engage cold leads.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume, connection rate, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or appointment setting, preferably in a digital marketing agency or B2B services.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive phone manner with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and resilient with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using dialers.
• WhatsApp Business for follow‑up communication.
