Telecalling Representative – Higher Education

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telecalling Representative to join our higher‑education recruitment team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admission journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assess incoming leads and determine qualification against predefined criteria.
• Engage prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels to provide clear information.
• Support applicants through the admission portal, ensuring a smooth application process.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outreach targets through telecalling and digital communication.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine lead‑generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system.
• Hand over qualified leads to admissions representatives with full context.
• Track, report and analyse lead qualification metrics, recommending process improvements.
• Monitor student engagement and prepare progress reports in coordination with the line manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or call‑center experience.
• Diploma level education.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
