Telecommunication Agent

About the role

The Telecommunication Agent provides professional telephone service for guests at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, ensuring every call is handled with warmth and efficiency. You will act as the communication hub between guests and hotel departments, supporting seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all guest calls promptly, delivering courteous and personalized service.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, routing internal and external calls accurately.
• Manage wake‑up call requests, long‑distance call vouchers, and message logging.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to resolve guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, local attractions, and daily events.
• Support emergency communication procedures and keep management contact information current.

Required profile

• High school certificate or vocational diploma.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Fluent English; good command of Arabic, German, French or Russian is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
