The Telephone Operator plays a vital part in delivering exceptional hospitality by handling all incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy and courtesy. Working on-site at the DoubleTree By Hilton Resort & Spa, you will be the first point of contact for guests and partners, ensuring smooth communication throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, route, and manage all telephone calls for the hotel.
• Provide timely and courteous information to guests and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate call logs and record messages as required.
• Assist with basic guest inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Ensure the telephone system operates efficiently and report any technical issues.
