Telephone Operator – Guest Experience Expert

About the role

The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at a Luxury Collection property in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them navigate their stay and ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable. The role requires a proactive attitude, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and respond to guest requests throughout their stay, including check‑in, check‑out, and special service inquiries.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, share highlights of the local area, and communicate relevant information to guests and internal teams.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear, courteous communication in all guest interactions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
