Telephone Operator – Hospitality

About the role

Join Hilton’s DoubleTree By Hilton Resort And Spa Marjan Island as a Telephone Operator, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Key responsibilities

• Call Management – handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including wake‑up calls, guest and staff paging, international calls and directory assistance.
• Guest Service – respond promptly to guest enquiries, maintain privacy, resolve complaints and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Hotel Information – provide accurate details on hotel amenities, local services and assist with meeting‑room reservations and business‑center support.
• Administrative Support – keep call logs and hotel directories up‑to‑date and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Safety and Compliance – follow Hilton policies, health‑and‑safety standards, fire and emergency procedures and report hazards or incidents.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Previous experience in a hotel, customer‑service, call‑center or front‑office role is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Integrity, teamwork, leadership and ownership mindset.
