Telesales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join Moskovia Real Estate in Ajman. The role involves contacting potential property buyers, presenting off‑plan and ready properties in Sharjah, and converting leads into viewings and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp and other channels, following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and property portals.
• Understand client requirements, budget, preferred location and investment goals, and present suitable properties.
• Qualify leads, schedule viewings, coordinate with the sales team and maintain accurate call and lead records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while staying updated on new projects, market trends and inventory.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate telesales or sales; strong telesales background from other sectors is also considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and fluent in English; knowledge of the Sharjah market and UAE real‑estate is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
