Telesales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the real‑estate sector. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, nurturing client relationships and meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via telephone to promote real‑estate services and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Track and analyse performance against KPIs, reporting results to management.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing and new customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the real‑estate industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
