Telesales Executive – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our Dubai real‑estate team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective investors, promoting property opportunities and generating qualified leads for our sales advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Dubai real‑estate investment options.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for property advisors.
• Maintain follow‑up communication via calls, WhatsApp and CRM tools.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, outbound or cold‑calling.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in any sector.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to handle objections.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Real‑estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
