Telesales Executive

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai involves handling outbound and inbound calls to promote medical services, explain treatment options, and attract prospective and existing patients.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to introduce clinic offerings and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments and update patient and lead records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions and rebookings.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to stay informed on promotions and service lines.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare basic call and performance reports.
• Adhere to regulatory and privacy standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Lead generation and sales abilities to qualify prospects and achieve revenue targets.
• Previous telesales, call‑center, or healthcare sales experience is highly beneficial.
• Confidence using CRM systems and basic computer applications for call logging and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment, manage multiple calls and prioritize follow‑ups.
• Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business, marketing, or healthcare is a plus.
