Telesales Executive

About the role

Multiplanet is looking for a Telesales Executive in Abu Dhabi to drive revenue growth through outbound sales calls. You will use your communication skills and persuasion to promote products and services, build rapport with potential customers and close deals by phone. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and exceeds targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up calls
• Identify customer needs and give relevant product or service information
• Convert leads into sales opportunities using persuasive selling techniques
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
• Record sales activities accurately and update the CRM system
• Work with the sales team on strategies to maximise sales opportunities
• Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably B2B
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
