About the role
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. You will work from our Barsha Heights office, handling inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads and support sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients over the phone to promote property listings.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Previous telesales experience in real estate or hospitality.
- Fluent English with a clear, professional accent.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Confident phone presence and target‑driven mindset.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai.
- Positive attitude and ability to meet performance goals.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
