Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Tamil & Telugu Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Telesales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for potential investors, promoting our property projects and generating qualified leads for the sales consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and investors.
• Explain project details, offers and services in a professional manner.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Schedule meetings and property viewings for consultants.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service (real‑estate experience is a plus).
• Fluent in Tamil and Telugu, with strong English communication skills.
• Confident phone etiquette and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
