Telesales Officer – Outsource Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales Officer to join our outsourced team at Jafza, Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales through tele‑calling, supporting card activation, and enhancing ENR/Takaful product uptake while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned tele‑calling activities and meet minimum call quotas.
• Promote ENR and Takaful sales, as well as card activation, while controlling customer attrition.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and call‑quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Foster a collaborative environment based on trust, open communication, and creative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Previous banking experience in a similar telesales or call‑center role.
• Good understanding of the bank’s products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Required skills

• Basic MS Office proficiency.
