About the role
We are seeking a driven, target‑focused B2B Tele Sales Agent to generate and develop new business leads.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to new prospective clients daily.
- Identify and reach the right decision‑makers (business owners, CFOs, finance managers) within target companies.
- Qualify leads quickly and pass them on to senior commercial staff.
- Log all calls and outcomes accurately in our CRM.
- Follow up via WhatsApp and email to keep leads warm.
- Consistently hit daily and weekly call and lead‑generation targets.
- Build and expand a growing contact list of new prospects.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
