Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our Dubai clinic on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, using phone communication to understand their aesthetic goals and promote our range of beauty and rejuvenation services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound client inquiries and initiate outbound calls to generate new leads.
• Conduct personalized consultations over the phone, matching client needs with appropriate treatments.
• Record all interactions and client information accurately in our CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by promoting services such as facial treatments, body contouring, skin rejuvenation and hair restoration.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities, with a talent for building rapport.
• Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivation to work in a client‑centered, solution‑focused setting.
• Prior experience in the aesthetic, beauty or clinic sector is highly desirable.
