Telesales Specialist (Hindi Speakers)

About the role

We are looking for confident, target‑driven Telesales Specialists who are fluent in Hindi to join our fast‑paced team in the UAE. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospective customers and convert leads into sales while delivering a professional and energetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
