Teller – Customer Service & Cash Operations

About the role
Deliver quality teller service to customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions while projecting ADIB’s professional image. This position is open to UAE nationals only.
Key responsibilities
- Process all teller counter transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign currency purchases and sales, and cheque deposits in line with operational policies.
- Cross‑sell or identify and refer product inquiries from prospective customers to sales staff.
- Perform general reconciliation and control activities, act as dual custodian for branch vault cash, assist the Head of Operations as second custodian, and complete end‑of‑day balancing and filing.
Required profile
- UAE national (citizenship requirement).
- Knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products, services and operational policies.
- Understanding of UAE banking regulations and Central Bank of UAE rules.
Required skills
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of cross‑sales techniques.
