Teller (UAE Nationals Only) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

As a Teller at Emirates NBD you will deliver exceptional customer service while performing a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently. You will manage routine financial activities such as deposits, withdrawals and payments, ensuring full compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals and payments with accuracy.
• Handle cash and checks, balancing the cash drawer at the end of each day.
• Assist customers with international money exchange requests.
• Maintain daily cash‑drawer balances and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Address customer issues courteously and escalate complex matters to supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working face‑to‑face with customers.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• 0‑5 years of relevant experience.
