Tenant Relations Manager – Arabian Center

About the role

The Tenant Relations Manager will oversee tenant relationships and ensure smooth operations within the Arabian Center mall in Dubai. This full‑time position involves coordinating work permits, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining compliance with mall standards.

Key responsibilities

• Approve and manage work permits for maintenance, displays and merchandising, ensuring timely closure.
• Communicate with tenants about mall events, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support tenant payment follow‑ups and coordinate pre‑opening and exit procedures.
• Engage tenants in marketing programmes and mall events.
• Conduct regular inspections with tenants and internal teams to uphold safety and best practices.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, performance, OCR and footfall, and develop sales forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain ongoing communication through newsletters, memos and meetings, and collect audited sales data.

Required profile

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in retail or mall environment handling tenant relations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple permits and reports.
• Proficiency in preparing analytical reports and forecasts.
